To change your reality, change how you think and feel about the situation. As the shift becomes positive inside you, your outer reality will change automatically.

There was a time when I valued outward progress and rejected spiritual concepts as outdated and limiting. Then, almost a decade ago, came an extremely challenging phase in my life. I felt as though I had lost everything and no amount of personal or professional help seemed to work. At this point, my sister suggested trying Reiki. Despite immense scepticism, I went for
a reiki session as I thought I must give everything that could potentially make the slightest difference a shot. This one session changed a lot of things in my life.

 

My teacher, Sensei Amit Singh, not only helped me come out of a rough patch, but encouraged me to learn Jikiden Reiki. This practice has had a profound impact on my life.
The underlying issues and emotions I was so far unaware of began to crop up layer by layer. I was able to address these one by one, thereby accessing the root cause of my problems. It made me happier, more confident, and I began to notice a positive shift in different areas of

my life. Following this course, I went on to become the youngest Shihan Kaku (Assistant Teacher) of Jikiden Reiki in India, completing my training from the reputed Jikiden Reiki Institute, Kyoto, Japan. 

 

Another turning point in my spiritual journey came in the year 2018, when my teacher introduced me to the ‘Void Technique’, a healing modality developed by him. I went on to become a practitioner and teacher in this technique. 

This not just opened the door to another efficient energy healing method for emotional, mental and physical well-being, but also brought about an expansive view of life. Spending a lot of time with my teacher helped me dwell deeper into the practice, bringing about a much clearer understanding of life and my place in it.

It took me a while, but I have come to realise that our spiritual journey is no different from our personal or professional journey. If spiritual practices and concepts are slowly integrated in our regular life with continuous practice and focus, our life becomes much easier and
calmer.

 

If we remain true to the practice and to ourselves, our attention will naturally start to turn within. Moreover, we learn to value the present and start valuing the growth of our intellect more than just the growth of our knowledge and intelligence. The results of this inward journey are powerful – we witness immense peace and joy within us. Like all good things, it is a slow process and does take time and effort, but in time, we learn to become more
accepting. As we heal from within, we witness a positive shift in the outside world, bringing about personal and professional growth and success.

Being happy, content and feeling complete within ourselves is the most important component for our health and well-being, our relationships and careers. A big part of our happiness depends on our mindset, our habits and consumptions, how we live and what we practice on a daily basis.

 

The Whole Happy Soul is a platform to help empower people to live authentic and conscious lives, so we become whole and happy from within. It provides ways to become aware and begin to acknowledge our flaws. We also become aware of the choices we have been making subconsciously or by living in an autopilot mode. Once we are aware and acknowledge our limitations, we must find solutions to make conscious and intentional choices and slowly integrate these in our lifestyle, so they become a part of who we are. The Whole Happy Soul, by the means of energy healing, mindful living and conscious consumption, helps us achieve this goal. Once we start to live an authentic and meaningful life true to our own essence, we see a marked improvement in our quality of life, including but not limited to health, personal relationships, finances, career and the outside environment.
