Conscious Living and Meditation
My mindfulness and meditation sessions simplify spiritual, psychological and energy healing concepts so they become relatively easy to grasp. Sessions are focused towards providing simple methods to practice these concepts and integrate them in daily life, providing holistic benefits in the near and long term. Emotional clearing, mindfulness, guided meditations, motivational storytelling, simple mind and energy-based exercises are also a part of the sessions.
Today, most of us lead stressful lives and tend to deal with issues related to physical and mental health, relationships and finance. From an early age, we are conditioned to try and change things around us, without realising that the root cause of our issues lies within and not in the outside world, which we are constantly trying to fight and change. With this in mind, my sessions focus towards slowly turning our attention inwards. This process enables us to cultivate a deeper understanding of our thoughts, emotions and feelings, and peel the layers of worry, self-doubt etc. to bring us to a realisation of our true selves.
